1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the l44 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and the authority operating l44. By accessing the site, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on the l44 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be located in a country or region where online gaming and betting is permitted under applicable law.

• l44 must not have previously closed any account belonging to you.

2.2 Account Registration Rules

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, address, mobile number or payment method, l44 reserves the right to cancel them and the balance may be confiscated.

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. You are advised to use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure. Any unauthorised access must be reported to l44 immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

l44 may request identity verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national identity card, passport or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at l44 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once a deposit is processed successfully, it will be added to your account balance.

You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and in such cases l44 may cancel the transaction and confiscate the balance.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same payment methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses — see the bonus section below for details.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at l44 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

4.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

At l44, a deposit bonus of up to 50% is available every week ("l44 Weekly Deposit Gift"), up to ৳5,000 with a 20x wagering requirement. In the Sports section, a daily bonus of up to 30% is available once per day ("l44 Sports Special Offer"), up to ৳3,000 with a 15x wagering requirement.

All promotions have specific wagering requirements; funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless those requirements are met. l44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If false information is provided, multiple accounts are created, or any other fraudulent method is used to obtain bonuses, l44 may cancel all bonuses and winnings on the relevant account and permanently close it.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All betting and gaming on l44 is conducted in accordance with applicable fair rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the case of a technical error or exceptional circumstances.

In the event of a dispute over the result of an event or the outcome of a game, the decision of the authority operating l44 shall be final.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is left incomplete due to a system outage, loss of internet connection or any other technical fault, l44 will determine the outcome in accordance with established rules. l44 will not be liable for losses caused by technical issues.

5.3 Irregular Activity

Arbitrage betting, the use of bots, algorithmic betting or any other automated betting method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, l44 reserves the right to confiscate the relevant account and all balances.

6 Responsible Gaming and Limits

l44 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment only — not a source of income. It is your responsibility to play mindfully for your own wellbeing and that of your family.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by l44

l44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, or the need to comply with a legal requirement.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. In that case, any remaining balance (subject to conditions being met) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests must be made through the support centre.

10 Limitation of Liability

l44 accepts no liability for the following: loss due to internet connection failure; issues with the user's own device or network; financial loss from betting; delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.

l44 is a gaming and betting platform — it is not a financial services provider. All risks related to betting are borne by the user.

11 Dispute Resolution and Contact

13 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions — all other provisions will remain in full force.

These Terms, together with information set out on the About Us page and other policies provided by l44, constitute the entire agreement between l44 and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings on these matters.
